Returns and Exchanges

Should you ever purchase anything from us that you are not happy with, you may return or exchange any of our products within 30 days of the purchase date provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns will recieve a full 100% refund. Returns received after 30 days but within 60 days of the purchase date are eligible for a store credit. Exchanges will be processed and shipped at no extra charge within 5 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers who purchase products from our website may return/exchange them by mail. To help us serve you better, for returns please send an email to returns@gardinclothing.com to request a return authorization number prior to shipping your items. For exchanges please fill out the exchange portion of your invoice and include along with the items you are sending back to us.

Problem with an order

If your order is missing an item, has been damaged or you have some other concern, please contact a Gardin Customer Representive at customerservice@gardinclothing.com or call 1.858.755.6688 M-F 8-4 pm PST. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at gardinclothing.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
