Customer SatisfactionAt Gardin we stand behind the quality of our products and will do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied. In the event that you are not satisfied, simply follow the instructions below... Returns/ExchangesShould you ever purchase anything from us that you are not happy with, you may return or exchange any of our products within 30 days of the purchase date provided the items are unworn, unwashed and in the original condition. Returns will recieve a full 100% refund. Returns received after 30 days but within 60 days of the purchase date are eligible for an online store credit. Exchanges will be processed and shipped at no extra charge within 5 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers who purchase products from our website may return/exchange them by mail. To help us serve you better, for returns please send an email to returns@gardinclothing.com to request a return authorization number prior to shipping your items. For exchanges please fill out the exchange portion of your invoice and include along with the items you are sending back to us. When will my credit card be refunded?Once your package has been received at our Gardin warehouse your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Shipping and DeliveryAt Gardin we understand that what you love isn’t always available at the local farmer’s market, so we are excited to offer our carbon neutral shipping plan. International ShippingGardin ships all international orders by Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail International (PMI). Items shipped by Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail International are shipped next business day and generally have a transit time of 3-6 days. Please note that international customs policies vary widely from country to country and that items shipped internationally can occasionally be delayed by customs, subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities as well as charged additional fees and taxes for the custom clearance practices of your country.
